Width from 500 to 1000mm.

Track shoes are produced from flat for caterpillars with 203/216/228mm pitch, 500-1000mm width and various bore coordinates. Flat is made of special steel with high plasticity (32HFR), which is important for operation on hard soil.

Number of grousers varies from 1 to 3. The more grousers, the better biting and the higher vehicle stability.

• Excavating machine track shoe has 3 grousers. It prevents machine from roll-over while using bucket.
• Caterpillar track shoe has 1 grouser. In this case, more grousers can cause lower efficiency of vehicle operation.

The grouser is heat-treated to hardness HRC50…55 to 40±5mm depth from its edge.
